PART ONE — PRIVACY POLICY

What Information We Collect

When you enroll in Aligned Abundance, we collect the information you provide at checkout — your name, email address, and any additional details submitted through intake forms. If you make a payment, your transaction is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the delivery of the Aligned Abundance program. This includes scheduling sessions, sending program-related communications, delivering your intake forms, welcome materials, session recordings, and written summary document, and following up on your progress within the program.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for anything outside of Aligned Abundance without your explicit written approval.

Email Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive program-related emails from Dr. Shawna Eischens and Dr. Jacquie Leone. These include your welcome email, scheduling links, intake forms, session notes, check-ins, and any other communications directly related to your program experience. Your information will always be kept private and protected. We will never sell, share, or distribute your email address to third parties. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely through the platforms used to deliver this program — including Systeme.io and Stripe — both of which maintain industry-standard security protocols. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data and treat your personal information with the same respect we expect in return.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond promptly and personally.

PART TWO — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Program

Aligned Abundance is a private, personalized consulting and subconscious reprogramming program co-facilitated by Dr. Shawna Eischens, ND and Dr. Jacquie Leone, ND. The program consists of a structured sequence of sessions as outlined at enrollment, completed within a 16-week window. This is not a medical program. Sessions with Dr. Leone focus on business clarity and strategy. Sessions with Dr. Eischens focus on subconscious reprogramming. Neither constitutes medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical care.

Payment

By completing enrollment, you agree to pay the selected investment amount in full — either as a one-time payment of $3,333 or as three monthly payments of $1,222 charged automatically every 30 days. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy, available at [link here], for complete details. In summary: refunds are available prior to your Welcome & Alignment session. Once sessions begin all payments are final. Unused sessions within the 16-week program window are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

Program Timeline

The program is designed to be completed within 8–12 weeks for best results. The maximum program window is 16 weeks from the date of your Welcome & Alignment session. Sessions not completed within 16 weeks are forfeited. Extensions are not guaranteed and are considered only in extenuating circumstances communicated before the window closes, at the sole discretion of Dr. Eischens and Dr. Leone.

No Guarantee of Results

Aligned Abundance is a structured support program. Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes are entirely dependent on your individual commitment, consistency, willingness to engage with the process, and application of the insights, plans, and techniques explored during sessions. By enrolling, you acknowledge that the program does not and cannot guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes. Any results referenced in marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised.

Conduct and Community Standards

We are committed to holding a space that is safe, respectful, and professional for all clients and practitioners. In return, we ask the same of you.

The following behaviors will not be tolerated under any circumstances: harassment of any kind directed at either practitioner or other program participants, bullying or intimidation, yelling or aggressive communication, sexual comments, implications, or advances, hate speech or discriminatory language of any kind, and any other behavior deemed inappropriate, threatening, or harmful at the sole discretion of Dr. Eischens and Dr. Leone.

If any of the above behaviors occur, sessions will be cancelled immediately. Written documentation of the behavior will be retained. No refund will be issued. We reserve the right to terminate the program relationship at any time for conduct that violates these standards.

We hold ourselves to the same standard. You can expect to be met with professionalism, kindness, and respect in every interaction.

Confidentiality

Everything shared within your sessions is held in confidence by both practitioners. We do not discuss client cases with third parties without explicit written consent. In the rare event that we consult with each other about your progress as part of delivering an integrated program, this is done with your best interests as the sole purpose.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, frameworks, session content, written summaries, and resources provided as part of Aligned Abundance are the intellectual property of Dr. Shawna Eischens and Dr. Jacquie Leone. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Shawna Eischens and Dr. Jacquie Leone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Aligned Abundance program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication in the first instance, and where necessary, through mediation before any legal proceedings are pursued.

Agreement

By enrolling in Aligned Abundance and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both this Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions in full.
